Snow Day Beauty Essentials

(courtesy of Pinterest)

1// The Botanics hydrating night cream all bright, is my favourite night cream. It adds so much nourishment, so on a freezing cold day its perfect to give you the moisture you need to avoid cracked skin.
(£5 in boots)

2// After that use a BB cream as they add even more moisture to your skin which is essential on cold days. I prefer the Garnier BB cream, because its very light and feels like your not even wearing makeup! Avoid using foundation on snow days, as it will actually dry your skin out.
(£7 depending)

3// Next use a cream blush, again its going to add moisture to your skin, to avoid looking dry when its cold. My favourite is Head Over Heels by Topshop, but of course any would work the same. Cream blushers are the best on cold days, because it avoids you looking powdery and dry which is very unattractive!
(£6)

4// Finish with Carmex, this will stop your lips drying out and cracking, and will make you appear very fresh faced as its dewy without any colour. Its the easiest product, but probably the most important!
(£2)

5// Lastly a very nourishing hand cream is important. Dry hands are a tell-tail sign that your not looking after your skin, so make sure to soak them in hand cream before and after braving the cold!
